I started sneezing yesterday evening and continued with that throughtout the night. At some point my left eye started running as if I was heartbroken and this along with copious production of snot has gone on all day. Certainly, it's allergies. When your eyes water due to allergies, it's because your "snot production" has out-stripped your nose's ability to run.

It sounds as though you may have the beginnings of a sinus infection somewhere on the left side of your head, because if it were nothing but allergies, both of your eyes would be watering.
Perhaps eating some very spicy food today might help your sinuses wash whatever's irritating them out?
(That's what snot's for, you know.)

I would debate your diagnosis of sinus infection. Also in my experience you can have an allergic reaction that is more prominent on one side than the other.

Had curried lentil soup for lunch, made with chicken broth, so double whammy. Lol

Am much better today. I rely heavily on my Neti pot. It really eases the inflammation and prevents the above mentioned sinus infection.

Are you a health care professional? 3 of my daughters are nurses.

Happy Sunday. I get to cut up a chicken...oh boy. But, my partner is going to fry it.

I've heard nothing but good reports on Neti pots. I hated them back when I was a kid though.
Not a health care professional but do have a degree in Biology (mostly in the human lab sciences) and a year of nursing (which wasn't for me).

It is beautiful. I hope you like it. Maybe what I like most is that it is uplifting. So often decks can be quite dark. I don't need that.
