Does anyone know of a free program I can download to create user pics? I really want to make some of my own but I have no clue how.

Steve emailed me about 2 hours ago and said that my ring should be ready soon! He's bringing it down for me tonight and he can't wait to put it on my finger! Okay, after Steve proposed I tried to put the ring on - but it didn't fit. It was too small. I took it with me to work on Wednesday and just wore it on a chain around my neck - that way I could show it to people but not have my finger fall off because the ring cut off the circulation.
