Oh, thank you for clarifying that. That makes a lot of sense. And it also ties in with the idea that the communist terrorists of "Die innere Sicherheit" are meant to be much more dangerous (and less sympathetic) figures than the (probably also nominally communist) hippie radicals of Running on Empty.
