the rental saga continues

Well, the couple I thought I  wanted to move in backed out on me a couple of weeks ago, so I've been living in mortal terror ever since worrying about who the universe was going to send to share our house with us.  YAH!!  It looks like my friend and co-worker, Chris, is moving in with her 17-month-old son, Gabriel.  Wooohoooo... we are so excited
