Not really surprised since it has been about nine years since I have lived there and the idea of 20 degrees feeling like it's warm still makes me shiver! I love all you people up there though, maybe even enough to endure the cold once again at some point...

Besides last winter barely even dropped below 20 degrees (at least for the first half when I was here), you get used to again soon enough. And think how much better hot coffee and hot chocolate taste when its cold outside.

20 degrees is most definitely a heat wave, in January! Plus you get to enjoy saunas and fireplaces... and icicles hanging 5 feet off the roof and the four feet of snow that just stay all season. Ahhh, the joys of northern living. Plus it gets super quiet in the winter, all that insulation.
