The chinese cookbook that my sister set on fire. It was a beloved family heirloom before that, but now it has a funny story to go along with it.

Break a leg in Gents! And who do you play in Titus?

Oh, he's hardly an heirloom. I think we've only had this one for two years, and you know how hard it is to find good help. Servants are so impossible these days.

Yeah. And some of them have the nerve to resent being caught on fire. What kind of world do we live in??

I guess the baby blanket and quilt my grandma made for me when I was younger.

The baby blanket was made for me when I was born, and it consists of sky blue fleece, on which a pale yellow fleece sheep is sewn, with bright red floppy fleece ears (yes, marvelous colors). Grandma has been hinting lately that I need to pass it down to my children. Like, now. As in, make babies. That wasn't a request, that was an order. -_-

Then, the quilt is a nice thick navy blue and red quilt. Your average quilt, really, but it was made by my grandma, so that makes it special.

Well, I have a doll that was my grandmother's when she was little. Also her doll tea set. And I technically own a small gold ring that belonged, I believe, to my mother's grandmother. But last I saw, my mother was wearing it, so I'm not sure. :) Otherwise, there's the historic Trotsel-Steckel (sp?)house in Meyerstown, PA.

Seconded on the question. Who do you play in Titus?

I'm not sure we really have heirlooms per se....we have some china and things that belonged to my great-grandmother, but they've never really been revered as heirlooms.
