I'm not sure if I would consider it tragic, but this is definitely getting on my nerves: inability to discuss things/communicate well. My history of science professor was describing a time period where people would casually discuss politics and science (eg. theory of evolution) with strangers, and today, topics, such as politics, evolution, religion, abortion, etc., are approached hesitantly because people get easily defensive. She got me thinking about conversations that I've had with friends, and arguments typically consist of "what the hell were they thinking? that's stupid" (something I'm guilty of doing too) and various personal insults.
Congrats on the roles. I don't really watch Shark or E.R. anymore, but I might to catch you. Now you just to be a leading man, win lots of awards, and stay the same guy.
*happy dance and much cheering followed by huge Clara hug*
I'm so proud! My little Jester is all growed up and meeting/seeing at a distance famous people! Definately let us know air dates for those shows; I don't have TV so I'll haveto have my parents tape them for me or something.
Answer #261 Well; definately George W's entire term in office, which is directly linked to the other tragedies: aka Iraq, Global Warming (which we can't blame entirely on him, but he's not exactly environmental) but
*most of all*, I think the most tragic thing in our world is discrimination, especially when leading to violence because someone is different from you. This usually takes the form of religious discrimination, complete lack of support for young mothers and people who are considering abortions, and homosexuals. Just be nice, people!
Okay, now I'm vexed and feel like ranting. Don't worry, I won't do it here.
