Last week or so I wanted some new jeans that fit nice because my hips are too big for the old ones, and Old Navy was having a buy 2 get 1 free sale on everything in the store. So in awesome news, I got three pairs of jeans and three pairs of shorts for $100

Haha, yeah, Old Navy has weird sizing - I find that their pants tend to be bigger than pants at other places in the same size. For example, I'm a 12/14 at gap (depending on the type of pant), but there are a few fits at ON that fit on me in a size 10. It's especially weird to me because they are owned by the same parent company!

I've definitely noticed that about them - like I wear a 4 there but the 4s are way bigger in the waist and hips than in other places. I really just wear a 4 for the hips and thighs; I need a huge belt for the waist in order for them to fit correctly, lol. Everything runs relatively big there - and yes, bigger than the Gap, where...well, I'm not sure what size I am at the Gap anymore, but in the past I was a size smaller than what I could wear at Old Navy.
