I promise I'm going to get to all of that good writing I've been promising, but I saw something come up tonight and wanted to address it briefly before I went off to get some sleep ( Read more... )

*Applauds* This was really well addressed and I love you for writing it. I have thought the same thing in recent months, but generally tend to stick to my own bubble of fun anyway.

I read both your Rose and Cuddy and enjoy them immensely :) As a massive House fan, I think you capture Cuddy brilliantly.

Well, hey there you! Thanks for responding back. :) I hate to be the one that has to bring up this stuff, but it just seems lately that everyone's so..cliquey. And that isn't always bad - I mean, I have my one specific House that my Cuddy plays with and so on, and I wouldn't change it for the world - but there are just so many hurt feelings, and it's disheartening. So I thought everyone deserved some love. :D

You're so sweet, thank you so much! I'm so glad to hear that you enjoy Cuddy. Poor girl's had a lot of changes since I've started writing her in the past, but I love exploring them!

And you are a wonderful Chase! I love seeing a character who might have been a little overlooked get so much love from such a great writer. :)

::applauds::

I couldn't have said (written?) it better myself!

I've seen RP slide out from being fun into people taking it way too seriously, and it's definitely missing the point. RP should be fun, and not a competition and certainly not a popularity contest! I love the way so many people play the same character differently, and I feel like everyone brings something personal and wonderful to a character and that's they joy of RPing.

Thanks for writing this! I think it needs to be read more often by all RPers.

Well by all means, feel free to pass it around if you think it'll benefit! I agree completely, we all need to just remember to have some fun - as long as we do that, this will always be worthwhile.
