Until I made my wedding dress, this was the most ambitious project I ever did.
Back in the early/mid 80's, when designer jeans were first such an asterisk big deal, Vogue patterns got permission to sell a pattern for "The exact jeans fit of Calvin Klein."
I probably made half a dozen pairs during high school and college.
So only one project, but with thirteen pattern pieces, using two different sewing machines (one threaded for seams and the other for topstitching) and after breaking four needles (topstitching ten layers of denim is an asterisk, but have I mentioned lately how much I love my Pfaff machines?), it feels like two or three projects.
