I totally understand. I'll never understand people who breed their dogs like that and contact total strangers just to do so. Just take the dog to a dog park and let nature take its course.

My town doesn't have them either, but I've seen them on TV. Big cities like NYC usually have them since they are mostly concrete and people don't really have a yard to let their dogs use the facilities. Dogs sometimes also sniff each others butts and everything that comes after that. lol
