I've already lost 1/4" in both arms and thighs. I think I took the wrong area for measurements on the waist and thighs, so it's just an estimate right now. But yeah! Only 4 days in and already seeing results. I like instant gratification

The diet is the hardest part IMO. With exercise you're not really giving anything up (except for laziness) but with food there are all kinds of yummy things we're not supposed to eat :\
