Got the book about 12:10. Started reading at 12:30. Done. Wow. No thoughts yet. Going to go back and re-read some parts now.

jon has been reading all night- started at 1am, took a break from 8am-10am and is still only on page 622. i will get it after him to take my turn at reading.

I dropped a few friends from lj this week that I didn't feel I had the strongest spiritual connection with. I just felt so vulnerable with what happened to me this week with the one who betrayed my confidence in the dc community that I needed to do this to continue to share my hopes and struggles and dreams without the fear of being compromised again. Not that I think that you would necessarily compromise me, but I just had to draw a line in the sand somewhere and I drew it along the lines of who I felt deeply connected with. I love reading about your family though (I will miss it) and I wish you all the best. :)
