so today I checked out this building at texas and goss that I might turn into a massage studio. I really like the building and am super excited. However, the building is too big for just little ol me. It has a big front room like a show room, a big room in back I plan on breaking up into 2 or 3 massage studios, and an unfinished upstairs that

do it! i'd love to have access to a studio space, and i know other ladies who would like it too. i could also help you scour some thrift stores/yard sales if you wanna collect things to put on consignment. i'd be willing to make things (ie skirt-pants, tailored shirts, etc) to put on display...

i also know some really choice distros you could check out...

and i'm always down for learning how to do more stuff with buildings in terms of maintenance etc... and painting and whatnot. (case in point: see my room on brook street)

if you're gonna do it, i'm down for helping out (at least until i figure out "where to next?" in my life).

I also a specific idea for you. I have some designs for making home rehabilitation products like hot/cold packs and bath soaks etc.
