After this past weekend,
I am not really a fan of Twilight or annoying children anymore.
Sat. was Ang’s workplace’s anniversary. I agreed (read: was blackmailed) to go and face paint as part of the festivities. The day started out well enough - cute little kids wanting cute things painted. Then it turned to hell when three very annoying, and shockingly supervised kids came and demanded Twilight stuff painted all over them. I agreed to paint Edward on one cheek, then, since it was slow, Bella on the other, but after awhile it started to pick up and the evil little children started to butt in front of other kids. I practically had a full sleeve going on one of the little heathan's arm: Edward, Bella, Jacob, the apple, and plenty of trees/flying squirrel Edwards. All while their parents were sitting at the next table. I think it is ridiculous when I have to step in and be the bad guy and reprimand (politely brush them off) other people’s kids.
My cousin’s little ones came and I painted up a storm on them.
Bud and Sensei stopped by and had a caricature done of them.
After that I strong-armed Ang into going to the mall to finally get my b-day/graduation present.
It makes my unemployed stressful little self happy.
