I am leaving.
That’s right I am leaving for the beach and Sensei and Bud’s wedding. I am sooo happy to get out of here. I have been nothing but a ball of stress since graduation over finding a job and what to do next. My Animal children have the weirdest sleeping habits.
Rory usually sleeps in her dog bed since she isn’t allowed on the furniture anymore (bad hips). Lately, she has been sneakily jumping onto the furniture to sleep and this has forced me to ground her on several occasions (which she doesn’t really get).
She looks so pitiful when she sleeps in her bed like this.

July 4th 2009
It was almost rained out. I woke up to texts from Sensei and Rach worried the day would be rained out. We decided to wait until 2 to bbq and the pool had to be closed since the rain got behind the liner and the liner started to bubble up. Bummer, but what can you do.

We went to the local elks lodge to watch fireworks tonight!! It is starting to be the tradition. Usually they are held on Sat night but since Sat is the fourth they had it tonight (Fri). Rachel had to work, Keary was with her boy, so it was the fam (minus Ang), Sensei, Bud, and Jamie.
