Myspace doesn't know if your account has been phished unless you notify them. Hopefully, your friends would tell you if comments or messages were coming from your account that you obviously didn't send. You can also check your sent messages and bulletins to see if there are any you didn't send. If you think you have been phished, change your password and notify Myspace.

Once I got inside my account- It said under my picture it was phished. This also happened to my friend Melissa and a few of her friends as well. When we contacted myspace -they said it was a glitch in the system It asked you to change your passsword and when you tried to (the verification logo at the bottom was missing). No comments were sent out from my account -in fact the glitch wont allow you to post comments at all. Michele
PS Oh and my coffee message was a subtle hint that I wanted to have coffee with you too- since I dont see you very often :P Gabby and I have coffee usually every Tuesday :)
