I just got a phonecall from Christian's teacher. She said he scored really high on the testing and qualifies for the gifted program. So I'll be putting him in the GATE Program starting next week. I'm so proud of him!

Carl is a big brother now! not sure of all the details yet, but he's close to 8lbs. I'll be going down to the hospital this afternoon and taking pictures. I'll post them when I get back.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY enolittle!!!

Took the baby to his 2 month check up today. We were there for almost 3hrs and never fussed a bit (except when he got his shots). He is 24 1/2 inches long and weighs 12.8 lbs. No, i'm not crazy and making things up. Alexander said his first word today. Although he's just imitating what I say, he said to me this morning, "HI!" He said it so clearly I was taken back.
