I know what you mean sometimes I can't stand to do other types of papers. I love writing poetry but the other thing I can write is depressing, dark, and sad. Nothing happy. I tried to write a love poem for my boyfriend and I couldn't do it to save my life. Oh stupid sadness!!!!!

I know what you mean. I do well in english. that's about it. i can't even stand being in some of my other classes. i do horribly in math and sciences. and i'm in my school's gifted program, but i'm the bottom of the barrel there. technically i should be a straight-A kid too, but i'm definitely not.

Awww, thanks, that made me feel a bit better :). I just found out the letter's actually a warning...if I miss anymore school though I'll be in danger of summer school.

I was like that all through high school. jezzebelle2000 February 14 2004, 15:38:31 UTC
I think in alot of ways, being creative is better than doing well in school, because school is what they want you to learn and writing/reading/etc is the stuff YOU want to learn. People don't get there's so much more to life than what they drill into your brain in school. I always resented having to suffer through a bunch of classes that had nothing to do with what I wanted to do in the future.

(Hugs) I understand what you're going through. Hope everything gets better for you.
