*huggles* I've been feeling the same way recently. Even though I'm happy to be back at home, I still find myself worrying about a lot of stuff when I know I should be trying to relax and enjoy myself.

If it helps, maybe having a good cry will help you get out all that anxiety. I think it would be better than keeping this all that emotion inside yourself. Exercise has also been proven to help reduce stress levels so maybe some starjumps or going out for a jog would help.

I'm so sorry.

You're right, both might help. (I know I feel better after walking outside a bit.) Thanks for the advice. :)

Thankfully, I'm feeling a bit better now. XD; But yeah, I think I should go out for a bit. Maybe it'll help.

I agree with Whispering Wasp here. Also, have you got some people you think you can rely on? Family, friends? Somebody who would listen to everything you want to tell and support you? I believe that talking to people helps finding solutions to problems. I also feel sorry for your health situation. American health system sure is f*cked up. *Also, late comment is late. I hope you got better?*
May the rabbit be with you: :O:3 (look from left to right) It's very fluffy! Also, have a happy japanese heart (the bigger the font, the better it looks) : 心

Aw, it's okay if it's a late comment! <3

We're not living near much family (well, except my dad, but he's not that close, geographically). I guess a part of me's afraid to even say much to him since I don't want him to worry.

Thanks for the rabbit and the kokoro. :)
