Got this in email:

This email is to let you know we have extended your paid time by 1 month, because there were some problems with access to LiveJournal in the beginning of January.

I know they usually don't send these out until after the issue is resolved, and I know it was taking a long time. Still, I didn't expect a month.

I don't get those e-mails. Then again, I've a permanent membership, so they're done getting money from me, regardless.

Well, for all intents and purposes, forever+a month = forever, so. *g*

I know hating on LJ is something all the cool kids are doing, but. Isn't really my thing, and I'm not so disgusted that I'm looking for other fannish outlets.

(I know you didn't harsh or hate on them, per se. Just sayin' to have it on the record.)

Correct, not harshing on LJ. There are points in time someone is doing something that causes DoS via LJ. Sure. Is one reason so many of my posts say something like 'crossposted from' or such. No worries. Simply saying, since mine is a permanent, I don't get any credit for down time; they're done getting money, so I don't get notified.

That's fair. So is you, a paid member, getting a credit for service not available.

Pretty hard to harsh on that, eh?
