20 in 28 update

I'm on track with the 20 in 28. I've had two "skip" days so far, which as I said is on track. Monday I was coming off of 4 hours of sleep or less and yeah, that was a complete skip. Yesterday I did 10,000 steps but didn't manage 3.2 mi. of them dedicated to that alone - and by the rules I set up, it does not qualify for the 20 in 28 (I was about ( Read more... )

Thanks! I'm trying to reverse the bad trend of pre-diabetic, so. Big motivator. Plus, I'm losing mobility as I age, and I dislike that a *lot*.
