I am officially SUCCEEDED at the 20 in 28! *celebrates*

I don't think I lost a lick of weight, but the good news is, I didn't gain any, either. And my stamina is up, I'm sure.

Now to see about bonus 5ks. I might not have to try so hard to hit 'em now.

I am impressed! I aim for 5k 2 or 3 times a week but I don't manage even that most weeks so 20 out of 28, well, like I say, I'm impressed.

Thanks! I'd fallen off the exercise wagon in Dec. and most of January. I have a blood test next Friday and I want to do well, keep the sugars going down.

Wish me luck! I didn't do a dedicated 5k today but it was close - and I did 11,000+ steps, which is over a 5k in distance. :)

Thanks, I'd like to believe it but the waistbands aren't loosening. Oh well, I want to be in better shape, which I think I am, and if my sugars are going the right direction, that's enough for me.
