Second week back at work: easier than the first. Feel pretty good today actually. Got a 2.6 km walk/jog in, cooked an excellent steak-and-salad dinner, and now I'm wondering what I can do so I don't fall in a heap and lose my momentum and energy. I could iron, but nah.
