glad to hear you're doing OK. exercising does help a lot with feeling happier. it's just about one of the only things keeping me happy here. it gets rid of stress, and helps you to not worry for the time being. even just doing some stretches and such helps me tremendously. just my little healthy advice of the day. have fun! *laura
