Inspired to... find another job! It's just that the new job doesn't conflict so much with my ability to have creative energy left for comics, or my ability to pay my rent, or have health insurance, or enjoy a general sense of well-being. But getting everything straightened out means I haven't had a solid night's sleep in about three weeks, and now I am maybe a WEE BIT EXCITABLE.

It's only been a week! Things could still go terribly wrong. But the last job made me so miserable at times that it's hard to see this one being any worse.

You quit your job?? Woo!

Guess who just burned your CD (finally)? It's me. Now it will be another two weeks before I make the cover with the track listing, I'm sure, but at least I know it will get done before I leave for New Mexico for the summer....

I'm moving into my own place next month-ish! I am framing your wonderful MaxFunCon summary comic to go on that there wall, for sure.

Well, fancy vintage gin cocktails were a revelation that got me through the worst year of my life, yes! In fact, the ability to order fancy vintage gin cocktails at any decent bar in the city is the only good thing to come out of this awful speakeasy trend.
