I ought to stress (not that I think you don't realise that) that they are just photos manipulated to produce a graphic effect ... I wish I could draw! They are rather clever, I thought, although if they were drawn, the scruffiness of the foreground would be tidier. I am generally a rather careless photographer ....
These are very pretty, must have been an sightly(?) vacation. It is nice to be able to play with fotos (and memories) like this, makes it possible to go back and enjoy some more.
What I was trying to do was to come up with some 'drawings' to include in one of the polyvore sets I was doing for my Interviewees ... the young French Sensitive Artist one. It won't let me clip other people's drawings (fair enough) and I can't draw myself ... So I thought I'd make one, and that would be OK. It said it had to be on a public board, so I put it on my own public LJ - and It Still Won't Let Me Copy It For Polyvore!
I am so annoyed with it now ...
It works quite well with bricky type pictures, but less well with ducks ...
