We're All Sick
The wonderful thing about having a family is that you have people who love you and you never really feel lonely or alone. The not so nice thing about having a family -- or having kids at least -- is that when one person gets sick you all get sick. Share and share alike, right?

A Sad Fact Re Prison Inmates
While researching something for a project I'm working on I came across a startling statistic that says that 90% of all prison inmates where born to teenage mothers. (This figure actually came from a study done by one of the governmental departments.)

Bereaved
My grandfather died. He was my father's father. A very short, proud and strong man. I have never seen so many people have such respect and fear for a man of such a small physical stature and I knew even as a child, without knowing him well, that he was not someone to mess with.
