Have a couple of things in progress but only finished one thing. Did this at the art club yesterday. Found out it's Race Rocks off Vancouver Island 'cause someone else recognised it. Makes you think the source photo off the net or summat, but, no, I took it in person when I was on holiday a few years ago. Glad to know my memory is as sharp as ever

Thanks, luv. Have been told I should do more 'scenery' ones but just never get around to it. Someone recognised it because they had done a watercolour of the same scene :) No pressure.

I have a soft spot for Canadian lighthouses :D Lovely!

:) Might have taken some artistic license and didn't add the wee house that exists beside it. Just wanted the lighthouse to be the focus (that's my excuse anyhoo). Thank you!

Thanks! Pastels as usual :) Soft pastels as a base and for the clouds then pastel pencil for the details.
