i found one that includes the eggs and stuff and a going to atempt that next for a more cakey texture. first i have to go get more Mochiko.

no worrys..i will happly experament. thought a friend at work today pointed out that it might be the stove not keeping full heat...since its a gas stove its mostly guesswork as to when its fully heated. maybe i should invest in a thempature thingie...one i could posably bring with to pennsic.....

i did post another experament update today also. it was a mabe.

going to try again saterday...maybe 3rd times the charm?
