ohhh.... 3 cups milk not water.... hum.... i used 1 can coconut milk and 3/4 cup water originaly. I dident add any more today. maybe that had something to do with it?
Also cut back on the amount of butter you use. I had a similar problem with a torte I made earlier this year when I tweaked the recipe for white chocolate instead of dark chocolate and didn't take into account that the white chocolate would supplant part of the butter (both being in large part fats that would moisten the thing).

i guess we'll see how it comes out made exactly as the resapie calls for...mabe a bit less butter thoguht..
