it's a satire, but still freaky. and as much as the world sucks right now, just remember that it always has sucked and always will. every generation thinks that their lives are tougher and much worse than everyone else and right now is no exception. sorry for the platitudes.

Nowhere in The Nation did it say it was a satire? Where did you hear it was a satire? I mean, I'm glad if it is. I just thought it was a very important unreported news item, because all the medio outlets are in the back pocket of either Rupert Murdoch who is in the back pocket of Bush... or... well, Murdoch owns just about everything.

well, first off it's dated june 21, 2008. hilary clinton's also named as the nominated democratic candidate in the 2008 elections. unless they have a time machine and psychic abilities, this is satire for sure.
