me and my dad had a really in depth chat about happiness over the weekend, which is rare.
the conclusion was that happiness is not what you have, it's what you are. i know it doesn't relate to your post, but i never really thought of happiness. it's what we're all trying to chieve isnt it? strange how most of us prevent it by being self-loathing. if we could adopt a positive interior, it would improve our quality of lives drastically. as humans though, we natually take the self-destructive route. why?
