I'm sick as shit.   I don't like it.  I think the only cold symptom I'm not exhibiting is a fever.   I've also discovered over the last several days, that I seem to be the only interested in guys who want like a friends with benefits relationship and when I get a guy who really likes me and wants a relationship they always seem to annoy the fuck

You might be a commitment phobe in denial. Could be trust issues. Could be lots of stuff. The questions you need to start asking are basically, "is the only reason I'm pretending to like this guy is so I can get laid without picking up a total stranger?" And if that's basically it, just walk away. You need to have better reasons for keeping someone around. Since sex is a pretty big part of why you like being with someone, I'd start going in that direction.
