So I've worked out two days in a row...that's like seriously a record I haven't done that since I was in PE in high school so yeah working out again today...I enjoy it in a sick and twisted way.
That's something that I need to start doing myself. These winter months are taking its toll on me, and I'm starting to put on weight that I dropped the previous summer. Vicious cycle...
Yeah I haven't gone in forever. James and I are checking out places where we can get a membership together; so now I'm looking for a way to pay off the one I have with FitZone. Its not that I'm unhappy with them. Its just James can't go with me because its a girls only kind of joint.
I decided that the gym route just wasn't something that was going to work for me...I've got a workout buddy everyday of the week except sunday so that will help. Monday thru Friday it's at work so it's not like we really have an excuse not to do it unless the boys are horrible.
Awesome! Remember that your muscles usually need at least 24 hours to "rest" between workouts though. Unless you mean like, just burning calories workout.
My next workout day is scheduled for tomorrow. Today was suppose to be my bike riding day but I was just too sick to stay on track like that. :/
