whee! It's winter.

I went skating on the canal yesterday. It's been a few years since I've done that! It felt so natural. I love gliding along. I hurt a little today, but the pleasure of skating to work makes it worth it!

My mum used to skate to work everyday when she lived in Ottawa. I need to get a bit of skating done here before it starts to warm up!

hey, I'm going to be in Ottawa next weekend! it's a pretty fly-by trip, but maybe there would be time for a coffee in there somewhere, or maybe even a jam. maybe we could even record back up somethings for each other's bird songs!
