You know how it is when you go through life thinking, "I should post this on LJ!" but you're really busy, so by the time you get around to posting on LJ, you forget what you wanted to post, or the stuff you wanted to post about seems really out-of-date, so you end up posting a really dull, self-referential run-on-sentence instead?

No. I write notes to myself, and I end up posting a 2000 word entry that no one reads, instead.

If I could post to LJ directly from my brain, I'd have SO MANY posts! And they would all be fascinating, brilliantly written, and insightful.

I keep a list of things on my phone, since I like recording my life.

I have no phone... I do scribble things in my paper journal sometimes.
