Seriously. I don't want to talk about the colour pink anymore. I have a lot of politically-aware friends, and for this I give thanks, but I'm sick of hearing either of these messages

I am guilty of recently discussing at the Parent Thing my unpacking my femme phobia and my desire to have my daughter not wear pink which she overruled.

You are right, though! I am still acknowledging and contributing to the the importance of gender coding in engaging in this conversation.
