I got in my monthly bike ride today. Bitter wind, but otherwise not bad. Makes me wonder why it took me so long to try winter biking, and why I don't do it more often.

Last night I dreamt someone was building a house in between my parents' house and their neighbour's house. My parents were concerned because they thought they owned that land. Plus it looked really crowded.

We have these wind chimes that always make me think of a particular Eels song. The other day I discovered why: three of the notes in the chimes are prominent notes in the Eels song, which features glockenspiel (a similar tone to chimes). I feel like such a useless human being, lately! All I want to do is eat and sleep. Granted, I'm still managing to go to work and keep house. But that's about it. Where is my motivation?

Yay: This new (used) shirt looks good on me!

Boo: It makes me sneeze! They must have washed it in super-smelly detergent because my eyes are red even after washing it in my own hippie scentless detergent and hanging it outside to dry. Scent-sensitivity much? Yes. :(
