I am Maddies mom and she has proven to be quite a stubborn one.  We have gone to obedience school and she behaved wonderfully there, picked right up on the commands and just acted like a perfect princess.  Then we come home do the same commands and you would think that we were speaking another language.  Okay off the subject.  What I need help with

Dog training for all the dogs, have the trainer come to the home. If this doesn't help, seek the advice of a board certified behaviorist. There aren't too many of them around and they are expensive but aggression is a serious problem for the people as well as the pets and must be dealt with immediately.
