Oh, that's so cute!

Just curious, I've never seen a "docked" tail so long. Any idea how it happened?

I got him from a rescue group. He was found wandering the streets, not neutered and heartworm positive. I'm guessing that whatever louse owned him before he got loose tried to dock his tail himself. Even vets who aren't good at tail docks wouldn't do one that badly.
