If I wanted to send a huge-ass file ( thats a Microsoft term,isnt it?), how could I compress it so it doesnt take 4 days to download and send?

I downloaded a freeware program from www.tucows.com called Power Zip, I think that was free for the first thirty days. I was so happy with it that I bought it, but it would help you out right now for free.
