I'm not looking after my asthma enough. I really need to stop being so anti-drug and use my puffer as per the doctor's orders. Yes, I know I'm stupid that I don't. I so get where you're coming from with you're asthma. I've spent the last week feeling like an elephant is sitting on my chest because after my bout of asthma went away last year I stopped taking the preventer medication as I didn't need it. So today I had to go to the doctors and get a new script as just taking the reliever doesn't help.

Does yours flare up when you do exercise or when you have a cold or is it just always around?

I need to get my bike over from Dads, brought it here but the lock was fused shut so I couldn't chain it up. Then I'm going to start riding around the river. Was never a big fan of running.

Mine is a bit of a mixed bag.

It's sports induced, so it flares up when I excercise. It's also allergy induced, so hayfever is extra fun for me.

But the mixed bag is that when I'm unfit, it's there pretty much all of the time, because then everything counts as excercise for me. hence, why i need to pick myself up with the excersise (as well as how much i enjoy it in general)
