I'm a bit shaken, but I know I'll be fine when I wake up in the morning.
I'm not injured (might have a bruise in the morning) just feeling my mortality, and beer seems to have calmed the nerves.
Got hit by a 4WD today.
He stopped though. And I'm ok.
I do want to curl up in someone's lap and cry though.

He went straight into me (ie; didn't stop at the roundabout), but as soon as he saw me he swerved (and I did too!) so ended up hitting me kind of side on. I came off my bike, but fortunately wasn't airborne or something as drastic as that. But my left leg is aching a bit. I suspect it will bruise by the morning.
He stopped the car and made sure I was ok, and there were some pedestrians there too who asked.
It was all so surreal and happened so quickly. Really scary. Felt like crying afterwards but feel kinda stupid for that since I wasn't actually injured, just scared.

...a while ago i was driving on the highway and a car cut me off which caused me to swerve out of the way to avoid hitting it... which caused me to do a full spin around and ended up facing the oncoming traffic! ...though i was enough off the rode and slightly in a ditch so avoided being hit... i wasn't hurt... my car was completely unmarked by the incident... but my god did i sob my lil heart out! and i was shaking so so much... and sort of in a daze for the rest of the day.... so yeah... unhurt... but completely stunned and shaken
allow yourself to cry if you need to gorgeous...
I'm glad you are ok

go and find someone to hug on to and cry my friend... thats such a horrible thing to have happen and if you dont work through those feelings you can store them up and that causes loads of anxiety and stuff... deal with them now while they are here sweetie and have a good vent...
Im so so glad to hear you are ok... if you need to talk call me and Ill call you back
Love to you
