Well, at least they caught the dude. I think he's the same guy that was wandering around the metro area for a couple weeks flashing people and, at one point, going into a mall wearing nothing (no, really, nothing at all) but a wife-beater and a trucker's cap. They said he'd been seen around Norman, and I just knew I was going to be hanging out at the park or the library (!! we go there all the time !!) with Johanna and the dumbass was gonna come wandering in jacking off.

Wait, is this the same guy that's been flashing rich ladies and their little doggies in Nichols Hills?

My question is, how long can they hold him? If he's nutty (which it sounds like he is) then he goes to central state, but how long until he's out and off his meds and naked again?
