It's been a busy day.
You know, an regular April-almost-May day where it snows all day. I just came back from a walk with my winter boots and my tuque and my mittens, and all the flowers and magnolia trees have their little snow bonnets.

It's so odd to think of it snowing elsewhere. Tomorrow is supposed to be very warm and then we're having a cold front which will only get down to about 70 degrees. ;)

It is odd - I was wearing my sandals last Sunday, had to take out my winter boots today, and will be probably take out the sandals again next Sunday.

I was teasing you. :) Twenty degrees is huge! It must be nice to feel some relief after very warm days! That was the difference between Sunday and yesterday for us up here, too.

I was in Calgary over the weekend, where we just happened to run into a bit of a blizzard. From Calgary to Red Deer, which is a 60-75 minute drive, we went from complete white out conditions, to sleet, rain, drizzle, and finally, cloudy skies.
By the time we got back to Edmonton (2.5 hours from Calgary), it was sunny! We have a saying 'round these parts... "If you don't like the weather, wait an hour." :)
