I've skipped a ton of questions on there that are either ambiguous, poorly phrased, or just plain bad. I've even had a few that didn't have the right answer for me... they covered every other base but the one that I'd pick.

Yup there is that too, and I as well have skipped a lot of questions. The only reason I kind of needed to answer this one was so that I could message someone.

Yeah, I came across that one today as well. I didn't think of the alternative definitions of sex offender though. Oops. Thanks for bringing it up though.

I also agree with Cody that there are a lot of questions that don't have an applicable answer for me.

Yeah you could be put on the list for streaking down the street in the middle of the night when there are no one else around but the cop. And in some states you can be put on it if your 17 and your 15 year old girl friend gives you a blowjob.
