I'm sorry, love... I really did appreciate the effort. And I had some good father/son time with Gabriel before you got up, when he was still in a good mood and all... It was just a little bittersweet because, what with all the time I spend on the internet and social networking sites and all the Father's Day fun going on in the world around me, I just couldn't stop thinkin' about Dad.

Incidentally, I made a comment about it on Facebook yesterday... a half dozen people gave me props. I actually teared up about it this morning. My dad was basically a well-liked guy... it was nice.
