Well it seems the hot surface igniter on the furnace went out. Last year when the furnace wasn't working Bob, the heating and cooling guy, had said it was starting to show signs of oxidation. That's why I was surprised the first time it went out this year that it was loose wiring ( Read more... )

Sorry, I have no advice for you. I am the one who last night started her 18th book since January 1st. I have so much dissertation writing to do, yet this non-fiction about a guy trying to figure out the mechanism of smell is MUCH more interesting. *sigh*

Incidentally, I love the Women's Murder Club. I've read them all (checked out #8 from the library since it's still in HB). The great thing about reading those in one sitting is it only takes about four hours (or less).

And I've learned I don't read fiction (or even non-fiction) to get sleepy. For that, I use statistics articles! *grin*

Yep. 6th target took a little less than four hours. I love Women's Murder Club too! Now I've got to hunt down 7 and 8.

Mom and I have #7 in PB if you want to borrow it (we actually have all but #8). I don't know when #8 comes out in PB.
