Marlie is mean!

I didn't think that female Betta fish were as agressive as the males, but I guess I was wrong.  Marlie faught with Charlie and in just over 24 hours she was dead.  I saw them fighting and noticed the Charlie was missing much of her fins last night, so I put her in a little cup overnight and she was dead by morning.  So I guess we are back to one

I wondered about that. Marlie looks like she may be a small male instead of a female. But I'm not sure. Anyway s/he is now alone in the tank and should be fine now.

Yea, it was not great. I just wanted to get the other one out of there before the kids woke up to see a dead, half-eaten fish in the tank!
